WHO ARE WE?

The DWCUP is a group of Democratic women and men in Pinellas County who work to make Pinellas County and Florida BLUE. Established in 1940, the DWCUP is one of the oldest Democratic women’s clubs in the country. It is affiliated with the Democratic Women’s Club of Florida (dwcf.org) and the National Federation of Democratic Women.

GOALS

The DWCUP educates and empowers members about important local, state and national issues. Members will

Participate in legislative advocacy
Learn about current political issues
Work with local Democrats to support their community
Enjoy a forum for political discussion
Volunteer and contribute in many ways, using and honing your skills
Receive a monthly newsletter
Attend monthly meetings
Advocate for causes and candidates they believe in
